Mental & Emotional Wellbeing icon

Mental and emotional wellbeing is a dynamic spectrum. Promotion of mental and emotional health would help every individual cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively, contribute to their community, and realize their own potential.

Our goal is to develop resources and programs to identify, support, and promote mental and emotional health wherever people may fall along the spectrum during different times in their lives. In doing so, we hope to normalize struggles, support ourselves and each other, and recognize and celebrate wellbeing.
